Jolene.....This may be of some help, I remember seeing the name Whiting whilst researching my Farrant family history(though not connected with the Whitings)..I think it was on the http://www.mytrees.com site on which you can do a search on for free.....I have looked but have had no luck......a date would help then I could look again.
