Trying to find Moyers

I'm looking for any of the Moyers family from around the St Helens Area. I can't go any further back than my Grandparents at the moment. I know we had a lot of relatives in the Billinge area, and would welcome any info. My Grandfather was James Moyers (although he sometimes signed his name Myers - to add to the confusion) and he spent most of his life housebound as he was wounded in World War I and couldn't walk any distance. He was married to Sarah (Fairhurst) and had two brothers as far as I can remember, one of whom was named Peter. If anyone can shed any light on the subject I would be most grateful. |
