Trying to find Garratt/Garrett

Hi i am trying to trace a cousin of mine on my mothers side. The name of the person is Julie Garratt/Garrett i am not sure of the exact spelling. Her mother and Father are George and Kristine (krissie) nee Shortt she has a brother and sister called Robert and Jacqui. She lived with my family and i in Kilburn when we were about 13 her dad came to take her back to live in Oxford as her parents had split up i have tried to find her ever since with no luck she was born around 1966 and we had a crush on the pop singer Leif Garratt and because it was near to her name she said she was married to him. Her mother had a brother by the name of Tom Shortt he lived in America |
