His parents were Joseph and Ann ( formerly Groves) Greaves.He lived with Mary Varley Greaves and had 3 children with her during 1873 - 1880. I do not think they ever got married - probably because George had a wife and family somewhere else!!!! He was 39 when his son George Varley Greaves was born. His occupation is listed as a hawker so he may have travelled around the country. Does anyone have any information on George previously to 1871? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you
