I am trying to find out information about my great-grandmother's family. She was born in 1888, Alice Eliza in Gillingham Kent. Her parents were Alfred Albert Ellis and Nellie Ellis (nee Clay). She had 3 brothers, Alfred Albert, born 1887, William George, born 1892, Charles Bernard, born 1899 and 3 sisters, Beatrice, born 1891, Nellie, born 1893 and Matilda Emily, born 1985. The other children were all born in London and were all living in in West Ham for the 1901 census. My great-gran married George Henry Hunt and had 2 children, George John Henry and Dorothy Matilda (my gran). George Henry Hunt died at the start of WWI on HMS Cressy. She then married Henry Daniel Robert Saxby and they moved to Birmingham at the beginning of the 1920's when he joined the Birmingham police. any information on her brothers or sisters would be gratefully recieved.
