Member Since: November 2003 Posts: 37 Send Message	JAMES ARTHUR BAILEY IF ALIVE WOULD BE ABOUT 80 NOW. HE LIVED IN HERNE BAY IN THEEARLY 60'S AT MICKLEBURGH HILL. HE WORKED FOR THE RAILWAY CONVALESENCE HOME AT THAT TIME WHERE HE HAD A BABY WITH A RITA LINDA CLARK - THAT BABY WAS ADOPTED AT 3 YRS OLD. CAN ANYONE HELP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. ON ADOPTION FORM IT SAYS HE MOVED TO PORTSMOUTH AREA BUT HAVE HAD NO LUCK WITH THAT ADDRESS. NEED TO FIND HIM BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.
