Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 3 Send Message	Peter John Whelan. I would love to make contact with my adopted half brother, who was adopted in 1953. The name on his birth certificate is Peter John Whelan, born October 31st 1948. Mothers name Elsie Nora Whelan. He was born in Walton Park, Liverpool. Would like to make contact before it's too late!
