HALL-SHAND link? Am trying to find the daughter of one of my Shands in my faimly tree. ALEXANDER SHAND- Born 1882 Sunderland, moved to and married in WALLSEND, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE. Married to unknown, but they definitely had a daughter. She later married a HALL. ALEXANDER SHAND died on the 19th of August 1968 at Preston Hospital, North Shields. He was 85 and was a retired Pattern Maker. The informant of his death was his daughter: "I", "J" of "F" HALL. Her address is 4, MOUNT PARK DRIVE, LANCHESTER. If you know or indeed are that daughter, then I'd dearly love to hear from you and track down a Shand who had FIVE brothers, three of which I've already tracked down.
