Emily Stirrup - trying to find connections to her 17 siblings, do not have all the names. Believe her parents came from Ireland settled in the London. Most of the children were girls, but the youngest was indeed a boy called Francis but known as Frankie. another boy William (Bill/Billy) went to work in Wales, married a welsh girl. What has happened to the welsh branch of the Stirrups?

Sorry Karen, I don't think I can help you. I married Barry Stirrup, his father Sydney Albert Stirrup came from Bury (i think ) he was in the Lancashire Fusiliers as a captain. Nothing is known about his family. Barry's brother, Ronnie also went to Wales and married a Welsh girl, Fris, they had a daughter Jill, but there the story ends. Sorry I don't know any more.
Barry might turn up on your hot matches. I don't know if he will be able to help you any more. Good luck with your search
