Trying to find details of the birth and family of Alfred Tidy. Stated to be a batchelor aged 31 at time of marriage in 1903 but cannot find him in the 1891 census or 1901 census.

Is this the Alfred Tidy, Son Unmarried Aged 9 of Horsham, Sussex?
With elder sister, Mary 18, born St Mary Cray, Kent, and Father Aged 44 born Lopfold, Sussex and Mother Aged 44 born Horsham, Sussex - Stephen and Mary.
Living at Vincents Road, Dorking, Surrey
in the 1881 Census.
Father - Carpenter and Joiner.
Daughter - Dressmaker
