Thanks to Geoff for providing me with LOTS more pieces for the puzzle! Could someone kindly look up the following references for me please as for some reason these people don't appear on the 1861 name index on 1837online no matter how I try to locate them! I don't need actual images, just addie, birthplaces and occupation would be brilliant. 1093 26 Thorpe le Soken Robert G Martin 36 plus wife Maria and a handful of children 1093 100 BMM (not sure what that stands for!) Thanks Kathleen I have the son Robert G Martin in 1881 with his family, its the family in 1861 I need cos I have no idea who the parents actually are! Lou

Hi Elton Many thanks! This Robert MUST be mine somewhere but can't fit him in anywhere! Will look into the 2nd family and see whether they are likely candidates at all as well Lou
