Have you any idea of the years the above folks may have died ? Have you asked for a look up on the NBI 2 ... there is a thread offering lookups ... but you need an idea of when they may have died. Have you got any of them on ANY census's ... or are we talking AFTER 1901 ? Without some idea's of dates, it would be looking for a needle in a haystack. Elaine :-) |

I have just read your request on Laura's thread ... Albert wasn't born till 1901 ... Is it not possible to ask one of their children when they MAY have died .... firstly, consider that Mary MUST have been alive when iether your Mum or dad was born, (which ever is the child to this couple) You need to tell us WHEN they were LAST known to be alive. Then anyone who can go to the cemetary will be know which area to start looking for them in. If you contact the cemetary concerned they will tell you where the record of burials are kept and you can enquire in that direction if no one can go to the cemetary for you. The two babies that you mention ... would they be your Aunt/Uncle ... if so, then you should have a fair idea when they may have been born, around about the same time as your Mum or Dad or their brothers/sisters. You will need 1837online for Deaths after 1911. Elaine :-) |

Hi Carol, Pam again. I have been looking at Parr and Henry but there are absolutely loads of them in Wales obviously so if you could give us some rough idea of dates (eg. 1885-1895) or something like that we might be able to track them down. Also, I know you told us the name of the place but would that be more likely to be listed as something else? You know if someone was born in 'Bogside' Scotland for example their birth might have been registered as the next larger place like Inverness. Not bery familiar with Wales i'm afraid so will need some help here. Thanks and good luck Pam |
