Looking for a marriage

between a John O'neil/o'neill and a Frances Newby. I know that she was living with parents in 1891 in Durham and in 1901 she was married to John O'neil but cannot seem to find a marriage for them. They were still living in Durham in 1901 so i'm assuming they married there too. Can anyone help x |

I've looked on IGI and nothing and also on Ancestry. Frances just seems to be alusive!!! Such a pain! She is on the census in 1881 and 1891 and married in 1901 but i can find no birth for her or anything, only know she was born in 1874/76 from censuses x |

There is just no birth for her a yet she is there plain as day on the 1881 and 1891 census and Frances H Newby and Frances H O'neil born in West Auckland Durham! Such a pain! Suppose its a possibility of a name spelt wrong when birth registered or soemthing buts its very frustating. Thank You so much for looking x |

Haley. if you go to freecen;bdm;click births ;put in surname;newby nothing else,wait for load,will bring up from 1837to 1910 all newby's every name they they entered,goes in blocks of 1/4 gro ref,place, you just may spot something. I've had this trouble,NO THE CENSUS SAYS SHE /HE WAS BORN HERE SO IT MUST BE RIGHT,only to find 100miles away, kay |

I have looked on 1837 and cannot find any other Frances's other than the one Carrie mentioned. neither of the ones Carrie has is linked to a John Oneil/Oneill. Sorry. Victor |
