I have a death cert' for Dorothy Hatton b.1898 Litchfield Staffs. She does not seem to exist as Dorothy Hatton on the census, birth or marriage certificates. She married Walter Mills and lived in Nottingham where she raised her children and died. I am unable to trace her before her death in 1972. What can I do? Kind regards, Laura x

Maybe the death certificate has the wrong year of birth? Found this record Name: Hatton, Dorothy Record Type: Births Quarter: March Year: 1899 District: Lichfield County: Staffordshire Volume: 6b Page: 461
