Please help i need one 1837 credit

Thanks for the help i just need to know if George Edward Brown born june qtr 1876 was a twin with the Ellen Edith Brown born same qtr etc. I know on some of the 1837 lists it gives mothers maiden name which would be Craike if I am right. Registered in Durham Thanks lesley

I think it is only after 1911 that maiden names are listed. Pat
