can anyone help me ! i signed up for ancestry uk yesterday and was sent my login details which i proceeded to print off ,i closed the link only to find the printer had run out of ink !!!!!! now i can not log in to ancestry ,i have followed all the on screen help and have tried to ask for another password ,it keeps telling me that it has emailed a link but i am receiving nothing any one out there had the same trouble? hope someone out there has more sense than me!!! happy easter everyone no i've not received any thing from ancestry apart from the initial set up, and no i cant remember my password which is why i can't access the site......initial setup was not a e-mail cant seem to find any junk mail folders perhaps my security is too good!

Do you have a junk mail or spam filter turned on? It maybe being deleted into there before you see the new mails.

When i joined my email went to my junk mail so it maybe in there..I not sure someone here will help..Happy Easter..Regards Jason

Hi Penny just log in and click on forgot password. When I did this I had to enter my e-mail addy and they sent a password reminder. You'll probably have to allow large or junk mail for a bit though if you have a firewall. Jan

Hi Penny This happened to me! But I had deleted the email as it was printing.... just went into my deleted folder and there it was. Also, can I suggest you go into search and maybe, just maybe it will come up if you type in Ancestry etc. Sooo frustrating! Good Luck! ...Babz ps..I'm presuming your initial setup was an email from Ansestry?

Just noticed your replying to us IN your thread heading! That's one way of doing it I suppose :o) Another way is to...click on Add Reply. Hope you get it sorted soon Penny. Sorry can't help more than I have already (If any) Someone suggested contacting the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link... might be the only obtion?? Good Luck! ...Babz :o)
