Joan, hi. sorry ive got nothing else except that THOMAS LEE was born in Manchester 1849 and his dads name was RICHARD LEE. So that would make him 2 years old. dont know whether he had bros or sisiters nor do I know his mums name. couldnt find him on the 1861 census, nor the 1871 census, nor the 1891 census, the only census he ever showed up on was the 1881 living in Salford with his wife ELIZABETH FANNY LEE together with a couple of sons born in DUNDEE and 1 in Manchester. Not much to go on is there? he certainly was a wanderer, in the workhouse in Bristol in 1872, got married in LONDON in 1873, moved to DUNDEE in SCOTLAND, then back to Manchester, then to LIVERPOOL, then from 1889 he disappeared again, then turned up, after a couple of years, then died in 1899. Bit of a wanderer. his occupation ALL HIS LIFE WAS AUNCTIONEER. TED |
