Scotlands People 1 Lookup if Possible

Would any kind soul be able to do a lookup on Scotlands People for me. The name is Elizabeth Brodie bn 1825/26 mother isabella (not sure of the district but it most likely will be Renfrew as the County. Thanks ever so much, as the website wont let me buy any credits!!!! Tammy,, We are all having the same problem at the moment, its because they have just added the 1871 census to the site and now everyone is trying to get on. A couple of people have actually got as far as purchasing their credits and have recieved their emails saying payment was recieved but have not actually had the credits added to their accounts so be carefull if you try to purchase again. I am going to hang off until later today before I try again and if I manage to get some I'll be happy to do your look up for you :-) Shaz x |

Ahhh Thanks for that Shaz, I thought it was just my pc being a pain. I'd really love a lookup if it is possible, is there any i can swap with you. I have a couple of credits on 1837 if you need anything off there. Regards Tammy |

Thankyou for the offer Tammy but I'm ok for now I think. I only know of one relly who moved south to England but I dont have a clue where and he has such a common name. Maybe one day I'll try to find his death or something but for now all I know is his date and place of birth and this was Scotland. As soon as I get some credits I'll do that for you though unless someone beats me to it :-) Its a nightmare I have actually been trying since 9.30pm last night!!! Hows that for desperate... Shaz x |

HI Guys, thanks for the help, sorry i popped of to bed last night so it took me a while to reply. Still cant get on the Scotlands People site so thanks so much for the assistance. Shaz thanks for the offer of help, Guess you couldn't get back on either!!!!! hope your search goes well. Lyla thank you for looking and Liz i think that may be her although she was supposed to have been 21 in 1846 when she was transported. But the place of birth and mothers first name are very similiar so i'll try and investigate down that track. Once again thanks for the help. If i can return the favour dont hesitate to ask Tammy |
