My 3xgrandmother HANNAH SHIMWELL was born in Youlgrave, Derbyshire, c1823. I know from her marriage cert that her father is JAMES, occupation Farmer. A possible has also been found for Hannah on the 1841 census in Youlgrave, living with mother ESTHER, but cannot confirm that this is definitely her as Esther is widowed by this point. Nothing on IGI and BVRI, the only Hannah on IGI was baptised 20 years after my Hannah got married! Thanks Lou |
