Searching for a church in Yapton. Recently sent a letter and cheque to Westhampnett registrars for the death cert of my g-g- aunt....but they said the area of Westhampnett had loads of churches and they did not have the time to look for the burial. I know I could use the reference number but I'm too excited to wait four thousand years for the certificate from the GRO. If I had the church name it would help loads. ps she was living in Yapton on the 1901 census, so with any luck she would have died there and I can phone the church in question tomorrow if someone comes up with the name. Thank you |
