I am trying to find the maiden name of the Mary A who married a Thomas Highfield around 1860 Wolverhampton,this was my gr x 4 grandmother yet have no idea who she was so any help much appreciated Kazzie

Found this possible on FREEBMD. Mar 1855 Dudley 6C 61 Marriage Thomas Highfield Mary Ann Hall Mary Ann Jones Jacqui

Thomas Highfield married Mary Ann Jones, 19/2/1855 at St. Thomas, Dudley, Worcs.. (According to Familysearch .org) Hope that helps. Can't find anything on Ancestry. Good luck, COLIN.

Kazzie You can send for the cert with just the man's name. You dont need both names. You dont have to fill in all the boxes on the online form. Only one name is mandatory. Margaret

Thanks for that if married 1855 means married almost ten years before having children unless they married Cardiff where she came from and returned tohis home in Wolverhampton I have all the Highfields on census so see if was married in 1861 Kazzie
