Robert Williamson - Marriage to Sarah 1866+

PS - on the 1891, it says Sarah was born in Scotland, not Ireland. |

I would buy the son's birth certificate before a marriage cert. They might well have married in Ireland and come over. FreeBMD and other civil registration sites online don't cover Ireland. |

My great great grandfather, Robert Williamson was married to a Sarah Williamson and lived in Cumberland for the 1881 census. I know he was born in Ireland in 1850 but don't know if he was married there or in England. Please could anyone look up records for 1866 onwards to see if there was a marriage (I don't know Sarah's maiden name). I know their son (also Robert) was born in Cumberland in 1874. Thanks.
