Find Ancestors

My husband's family are Curnow's from Towednack but I've never heard of Edwin. However, if you can try and find the address of the Cornish Family History Society, a chap named Howard Curnow should be able to help. What he doesn't know about the family isn't worth knowing. Frieda (Helston).

sounds like a plan - best if you duplicate my 1871 search tho ... Elizabeths (surname blank) born Camborne dob 1852 +/- 2 years.... I only picked those with a middle initial J or actual middle name Jane .... Good hunting - LD

The transcriber got his year of birth wrong in 1881 census! Terrible writing! He matches up on all other census from 1841 to 1901! Ive gone back to 1750s with this family! But theres always a bug to bear - mines called Elizabeth!!

Im going along nicely with my Curnows of Cornwall family tree. BUT, cannot find my Gt Gt Grandad Edwin Curnows marriage. Details are Edwin Curnow b.1848 Towednack, Penzance. Wife Elizabeth Jane ?????? b. 1852 Camborne.. First child Louisa Jane b.1875. Camborne. Would love to trace Elizabeth's family. Any help, and I would be eternally grateful!! TA!!
