B'Ham Foulkes Brick Wall - please help going insan

I have hit a dead end on my tree, I need a Stanley or Warley Foulkes who was dead by 1840. Very hard to dicepher first name off marr. cert. think it is as above. All I know is he was the father of Henry Foulkes born 1820 in Birmingham Warwickshireand Henry married Mary Spaulding 25th Dec. 1840. Can someone help me please I am going mad.
