Hello, Sue. Would you be able to look for the Crowther family in Whitecote, Bramley area for 1861 Samuel Crowther about 51/52 years old, his wife Emily, possibly Isabella, John Richard, Tom, William and Mary. Thank you for your time. Susan

Hi Sue, Would you be able to have a look at 15 Hall Car Street in Sheffield for me on the 61 census to see if there is a Preen family there at all. They were there in 71 and headed by a Thomas Preen. Thanks, Matt

Hello Sue, It's me again, the searching for Heavyside pest :-)) Could you possibly have a look for the following in 1861 and/or 1871? John Heavyside. In 1869 the address given on his daughter Isabella's marriage certificate was Swinegate, and he was a private soldier in the 2nd Regiment of Life Guards. Also could you see if you can possibly find Isabella in 1861. She will be about 15 years of age, hopefully in the same area. Over the years they seem to have stayed around the same area of Roundhay Road (sometimes spelt Roundhey), Manor Street, Wingham Terrace (which is where a Robert was found in 1871) areas. Paul

Hi Sue Haigh lane in the flockton Bretton Area of Wakefield If you are not too busy could you look to see if there is a Nancy Townshend/townend/townsend aged about 1815 in Kirkham Lancashire but all her chilren were born in Flockton, near Bretton Wakefield. Their surname has been spelt all different ways. She may have living with her Tom/Thomas born 1835 Flockton Mary born 1846 Flocton. Don't know father's name but since the 1871 census throughto Nancy passing away in 1898 they have lived at Haigh lane in the flockton Bretton Area of Wakefield. If you could check the 1841 and '51 that would be fantastic. Wendy
