I'm a little new to this, and am overwhelmed by the amount of people wanting to help. My GGrandfather was born in Keithhall Aberdeenshire in1852 and moved away, but his family must have been from there The surname is, unhelpfully, Brown, and I have christian names of James Henry; Alexander Lawrie and various females, who, I imagine , got married. Any help in the Scotland dept is greatly appreciated. |
