My great grandfather was Michael John Fagan b. Dublin City 1838. Michael married Elizabeth Catherine Wells in Kings Norton in 1871. On his marriage certificate it gives his father as John Fagan, Customs Inspector, (presumably in Dublin but not necessarily). I know for sure that he was in England in the 1861 census and have a very uncertain look up for the 1851 census when he would have been 13. He moved to Lambeth/Camberwell. His children were Harry, Sidney, Norah, Oswald and Frederick.. Does any of this info ring bells with you? |
