Is anyone else having problems on here-it keeps coming up with errror and kicks me off th site and I have to keep logging back in! I could take it personally!-is it just me?

i have been trying to find where to complain, but they are keeping that one from us! you can get help for everything else, but nowhere to complain about the service. had enough, going on to ancestry!

I had the Internal server error message almost continuously over the weekend.

I contacted Gr...the response was predictable.......to the effect that the site was 'extremely busy'..........That's a joke.......the boards are 'dead' nowadays when compared with a couple of years ago..............

They need to invest in a decent server, but of course they won't..........profit is everything now!
