You can only get the transcriptions of the Scottish census and not the actual image like you can with England and Wales.

He he he, didnt know i could access scottish census records, i also have ancestry but have only looked for welsh or english ones, didnt realise i could search on scotland - looks like its going to be a late night tonight, lol

I have a marriage certificate for my G grandfather William Greig, he married Lilian Clara Young in 1904 and at the time of the marriage, his address was R N Barrachs in Chatham - his father is listed as James Greig who's occupation seems to read Vanman?

on the cert it says his age as 21 which makes him born c1883 but i cannot find any entry to him on a census

my dad thinks that he was born in auchtermuchty in scotland - if any of you kind folks would care to have a look at any scotland census i would be grateful or any other assistance/information as i'm stuck and can go back no further
