If you are still based in the Dudley area you may be able to check the marriage entries for free at the Archives in Coseley. I have visited there several times and found them to be most helpful. |

I don't know a great deal about the simners, except that there are alot of them, I know that my grandfather Leonard's(who was one of 9 children, one of which died very young in a fire) father was also Leonard m Lucielle. Lucille died in the 1960's i've been led to believe. |

Yes, I agree totally with Jenny's comments. You need to get a copy of your mother's birth certificate (or at least her marriage certificate). Hey, why not buy both! |

My grandmother was Iris Slater b1927-1989 she married Leonard Simner and had 2 children Roy and Esther. I know she had a sister called Rose. This is all i know about her. Can any one help me find her parents or more siblings, i know there are quite a few out there!! |
