Thank you for that Lesley. I had just been checking on freebmd to see if he had died but was unable to find his death. At least I know he was alive and kicking in 1891. Thanks again.

Hi again

He married Ada Hannah Robinson she was living in sunderland but he must have been working away. In the 1891 census he was on a vessel off the cornish coast which must have meant he was a Mariner or in the Navy etc.

Thank you Lesley - Thomas W. Cotton was Wilson Cotton's older brother. Maybe Wilson himself either died or moved area. Thanks for trying. I will however make a note of this information as it is the same family. Thanks again.

I would be grateful if someone could locate for me Wilson Cotton born 1870. I am not sure if he will still be living in Sunderland where he was born but I imagine he would be married by 1901. I don't know his wife's name but I have found two possible marriages - one to a Ada Robinson and one to a Sarah Simmons. He could possibly have children by 1901 as he would be 30/31. I would appreciate address. Many thanks
