Have beenm at this with a wonderfull person to help for abt.7yrs.To get the REAL William Ogilvie has been really difficult, Born in1875(although that has changed lots)in Scotland ,that is the real query? |

Hazel, if you have a subscription to Ancestry there is a William Ogilvie married to a Mary Elizabeth on the British Army Pensions database. There's 16 pages including his wife's maiden name all their children, his description, etc. |

Do you think he was born in Scotland because of the surname or do you have any evidence? Do you know his father's name & occupation? When did he go to live with spinster aunts? |
