can anyone tell me how i can trace the whereabouts of my mums half brother. my grandma had an affair whilst ger husband and her were sepsrated . she gave birth to a son. my hrandfather at the time was a captain in the army. the conditions he took my grandmother back was that the child was given to his birth father and then my grandmother was deported from south africa back to eire. but via liverpoll first then to southern ireland. how can i find his birth records or any proof of my grandmothers deportaion in about 1945 or 1943. apparently it was then known as the marion year or something like that. i am at a loss. but would love to trace my mothers half brother. please help!!!!!! |
