What info do the records hold and how do you access them? Are they available online?

Hi Catherine
Early parish records were the only way to register births but any one could register them and it only needed one parent but useful if you only have a name later ones adresses parents names dares of birth dates of christenings parents names. and adresses

Marraige details Burial details grave numbers if buried in church grounds
