Trying to find him in as many census as possibe to lead me to his parents , don't know when he died , variation of name is Handly
His father was too called John and his mother Hannah nee Wagstaff

I really dont believe what you have just shown me , I went to a spiritualist church on thursday and was asked about a Fredrick obviously I didnt know of anyone , I asked my grandmother and she couldnt recall the name and here he is popped up , he was there , he is my gt,gt grandparents son , wow !
Would there be an Anney(Annie) there too to the same parents?

In 1851 census, John's siblings, Francis, Sarah and Jane were all born in Slipton Staffordshire. I'll have a hunt around there

It's not Slipton, it's Tipton, Staffordshire

Yes, Ann was there, she was in a different batch number, the previous one only went up to 1875.

Double checked the previous one and it said that Frederick Michael died 27 Sep.1872. I guess that's why grandmother didn't know about him. But the spiritualist did!!!
