Notice to any members who have found that Frederick Edward Ades is one of their relatives. I'm forced to write this as there seems to be a history programme about him that has the wrong information.

Please note that when Frederick Edward Ades died on 18/11/1916 in WW1 he was NOT, I repeat NOT married to Catherine Jarvest. I have his enlistement forms which clearly state that his next of kin was his father, Ernest Edward Ades, the form also shows that he was single.

Should you require proof, then please contact me and I will forward a file with Frederick Edward Ades enlistement papers.

My Catherine Jarvest married plain Frederick Ades (no middle name) and he died in London in 1956.
