This is really a follow on from another posting I made but a different request.
Does anyone have access to Yorkshire Marriages?.
I am looking for the marriage of Herbert Sanderson born 1896, Goole. Father William Henry, Mother Elizabethh Ann.
I would be between 1914-1918, he enlisted into the army in Goole 1914 age 18. He was KIA Aug 1917 France/Flanders.
The only info I have on a possible wife is that she may have been called Elizabeth.

Have you checked freebmd?

His parents' names are of no help when searching GRO records....the only info in the index is the name...plus the surname of the spouse.

Yes, it looks as though the Edith Wrigglesworth is the nearest, without sending for the Certificate I'll never know will I.
I was hoping for a Goole or maybe Bradford entry as there was some talk of Bradford within the family.
