Thank you Sophie,
The information I have on George is...
His name is George Henry Drury, (my sister has him down on her tree as being born abt1861). I have asked her where she got this info from but because she has done no research for quite a while and hasn't written down what she should have done, she has forgotten where this info comes from. I'm trying to start from where she has left off but as you can see I am having great difficulty. I don't even know where he was born and only assuming that he was born somewhere in London as Lily Sophia Shaw was born in Fulham, London.
I have got information that he and Lily had children and I've looked up on freebmd. Possible children are: Lily Sophia Drury born 1906 in Hendon and I have been given a Charles Drury born 1911. This seems to fit but if the lookup I have done on George's death is correct, he died in 1911, meaning that Charles could not have been his son. So...back to my brickwall lol.

Kind Regards
Sharon

Thank you for the advise Reg. I'm feeling the fun already.
If you are assuming that I want everyone else to do all the work for me you would be wrong.
I have hit a brick wall with this person (Lily Sophia Shaw) and was told to go on this section to get help from more experienced people who could possibly help me over this hurdle. - I thank you once again for the help you have given to me in the past in was much appreciated but your underlying sarcasm is of no help to me whatsoever.
I can only suggest that if you have a problem with helping me on this name - then don't!
Sorry if I have got you all wrong but your bedside manner so to speak is not for me.

Reggie,

I could be wrong, but the way in which you message me, I feel has an underlying tone that I am begining to annoy you.
If this is so I can only apologize and say once more that I am new to all of this. I'm sure I will get there in the end, just need a little help in hand as to how this all works.

Regards
Sharon

Can anyone do a look up for me for when a George Drury c1861 died. I think he was married to a Lily Sophia Drury, nee Shaw at the time.
I think he came from London, Willesden area.
