Are all the Army pension records now available on Ancestry??.........if so, could somebody check for an antry for a...........Frederick H Ensum

This is what it says

About British Army WWI Pension Records 1914-1920
This database contains service records of non-commissioned officers and other ranks who were discharged from the Army and claimed disability pensions for service in WWI. These were also men who did not re-enlist in the Army prior to World War II. The type of information contained in these records includes: name of solider, age, birthplace, occupation, marital status, and regiment number.

Not all records are on Ancestry because many of them did not survive..........

Thanks for trying Linda, I know he survived WW1, but other than that, I have no other info, I wrongly assumed all surviviors were entitled to a pension.........Paul
