I found this marriage which could be Thomas Francis' parents but purchasing his birth certificate would prove it.

Trying to find any information on a Thomas Hughes who was married to Mary Ann Gertrude ? He was a fish packer and they had children named Gertrude, Ivy, Eva, Walter,William and Albert.Any help greatly appreciated.
