Find Ancestors

Can anyone help? I've lost an entire family on the 1891 census! I've tried every which way I can think of and can't seem to find them. Of course it is possible they were never recorded, but before I give up completely I thought I'd try and see if anyone here is cleverer than me! Thanks in advance. Family details below..........

Edward Petherick Born about 1858 in Beaford, Devon.
Jessie Petherick Born 1856 in Ripley, Surrey

Daughter: Jessie Louise Petherick born 1886, Aldershot, Hants

Son: Edward William Petherick born 1883 Aldershot Hants.

Obviously the children weren't about in 1881, but Edward senior was in Chittlehampton, Devon and Jessie senior was in Lambeth, London.

In 1901 all four were in GIllingham, Kent.

Less info in the search is better, all i did was put Jessie and parents names, nothing else
