Philip would be 40 something now . He lives in county armagh (im pretty sure) ..He is married and has lived there for approx 10 years.. He has brothers Andrew and Graham.. His parents are Pauline and John(deceased) Tipton. From Birmingham originally. Can anyone throw any light on him for me ? xXx I have reason to belive that he is researching the Tipton family tree and any information he has would be of a great help to me, as i'm searching the Tiptons too.
