This may be a bit late, but I just came upon your query when I searched on Thriscutt, my family name.
Anthony Thriscutt Rouse, born 1916 St Columb, Cornwall, was Vicar at the Church of St John the Apostle, Torquay, 1955 to 1959. I remember him - I was at school in Torquay and sang in the choir at his church. In 1959 he moved to Leamington, where he died in 1961.
He had a brother, Michael Cornelius Thriscutt Rouse, born 05 June 1921 at St Columb, Cornwall, and I think died in 2003,Torbay.
I cannot find any record of either having married.
I have a couple of pictures of Anthony Thriscutt Rouse I can send if they are of interest.

I am trying to find Anthony Truscott Rouse who was a cleryman perhaps from Cornwall, his mother was Lily and he was born in 1916.
