Yes that will mean something to those who knew his family "lorstanfound - lost and found"

George Amos Found 1909 - 1980 was a 2nd generation grenendier guard who married Eleanor Polwarth.

I am searching for any clues as to his family history, since the deaths of several family members in recent yrs sadly certain details have been lost with them!

His ancestry roots are known to come from the Imber area and spread out far and wide across oceans with known roots in Australia and Canada.

Please if ANYONE has any info no matter how small please do contact me with pleasure!

Carli (direct descendant of Founds)

Hi Carli
Does your George Amos Found tie in with Dilys' William Found from Imber, if so we may also be related, I am a descendant of Frank Edward Tom Found (b.1865), son of Samuel Found (b. 1823 in Tilshead),brother of William(b.1818) and son of Martha Found(b.1779 Tilshead). If you think there is a link please let me know.
