Member Since: October 2005 Posts: 23 Send Message	I have since found and obtained the correct Birth Certificate for Elsie. I am continuing my search for these possible siblings. But, as yet am unable to afford the search/certificate costs from Scotland....I have someone on the case for it though :D Anyone with Elsie Garrett and the related details to her, please do not hesitate to contact me via this site. Member Since: October 2005 Posts: 23 Send Message	Elsie was born in 1927 She married George Ford Scott in December 1945 - Kelso. They had 2 children - Samuel (died before he turned 1year) and Rosemary b.1948. Elsie died on 23rd February 1956. I am trying to obtain a marriage certificate for Elsie and George, but as yet am unable - possibly because of the year of their marriage abd being married in Scotland. I am led to believe that Elsie's siblings were/are George, Dorothy, Kathleen and Lillian and her parents to be Catherine and Henry Garrett. Anyone able to help?
