Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 434 Send Message	any information on william bowers c 1823 born templeton/rackenford devon according to 1851/1861 census he settled in Runcorn, I have checked the above towns baptisms and cannot find him, if anyone has devon baps I would appreciate a look up thanks Glen.
