Trying to find Tucker

I am looking for descendants of the siblings of my Great Grandfather, John TUCKER. According to his death certificate John Tucker (who styled himself John Henry Tucker Esq.) was born in Bishopstrow, Wiltshire, in November 1836, the son of "James TUCKER, Gentleman" (born 1798 d. 1844) and "Hester Jacques HERMAND" (born 1799, d. 1865, m. October 1822). Information received from Wiltshire tells us that James Tucker was a bootmaker and that his wife's name might have been fancified somewhat by John. Most of the siblings died young, but those survivors of interest to me are: Ann(a) Maria, born November 1824. William Henry, born April 1829 (possibly also migrated to Australia). Sarah Selina, born March 1833, possibly married George HISCOT in 1854. Isabella, born April 1835, possibly died April 1862. Any information about any of these individuals would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance. As for John TUCKER, he married Ellen MAUNDRELL in Wells, Somerset, and they and their young children Henry Maundrell Tucker and Annie Tucker migrated to Queensland in 1871 on the "Star Queen" after apparently living around Chipping Sodbury and Bristol for some time. Ellen died soon after arriving in Brisbane, from TB according to family stories, and John remarried in 1873 to Ellen Sophia BRIGHTWELL. There are many descendants of Annie TUCKER (married name, Tambling) in Darwin, Northern Territory, and Mackay, Queensland. Henry Maundrell Tucker had no issue.
