Find Ancestors

i have on my tree william and Nancy Vickers born 1809 and 11 respectivey. On the 1851 census I have them with all their children , Ann, Betsy, Isabella, Maria , JAmes, Sarah , Joseph, Thomas Mary, elizabeth, Matthew, Walter etc..They were all born in Accrington or Preston. I cannot seem to trace any of them on the 1841 and wondered if anyone could help...Thanks, Lesley

Thanks Ellen, I have no doubt that this family is related but the dates for the children are wrong, this relative has had 16 children in 24 years !!!!!!

Like a lot of Newly weds they missed their first Census?

Suppose that could be it, they did appear to be very pre-occupied!!!!!!! lol
