I am trying to trace the ancestors of my grandmother, born Emily Wagstaff on 19 April 1888 in Coventry. She later married John Floyd, also of Coventry and had two sons and two daughters. She died in 1985. Any clues as to her ancestors and/or siblings would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Margaret, I have gained quite a lot of information on the Wagstaffs, mainly through GR, but I have not yet put it into my tree on GR. Amelia Wagstaff, d of Henry Wagstaff & Elizabeth Beezley, married Thomas Noon. Amelia & Thomas migrated to Australia and 1 of their 12 children, Emily Noon b 1878 was my grandmother, I have checked my tree here on my home computer and Emily Wagstaff, your grandmother is Emily Noon's 1st cousin, once removed. Would be pleased to have contact with you. If you have not already done so, you may be able to contact Amanda Ryland who has a lot of information on the Wagstaffs.Regards Robyn
