WALKER - ANT(H)ONY ROYSTON, b1939/1940 of NUNEATON, WARWICKSHIRE I am trying to locate Anthony Royston Walker, my father, whom I last saw in 1975. He was born in Nuneaton in either May 1939 or 1940. He married Gloria Warren in 1961 and I, Andrew James Walker, was born in 1963. My mother and father divorced in 1967/8 and I lived with my grandparents, Ernie and Edna Warren. My father worked for Massey Ferguson as an engineer, emigrated to Rhodesia, moved to Australia and I believe has returned to the UK. He was known to have visited Nuneaton in the late 1970s, early 1980s and there was some talk of him living in or around the Hartlepool area. However, he may have moved on. He re-married a woman called Violet and they had twin girls and a son called Michael. Violet was older than my father, but I am unsure of other details. I have no idea where my father is now, but would dearly love to find out whether he is even alive. I would appreciate any help from anyone, no matter how insignificant. I've been trying to find my father for the past 20 years and have had no success. Please help, if you can. Thanks and good luck to all of you. |
